7 Roller Straightener Servo Feeder

Our 7-roller straightener servo feeder models have working capacities of 0.5 to 4 mm sheet thickness and 300 to 1600 mm sheet width.

Our 7-roller straightener servo feeder machine consists of a pilot system with pilot and feed rollers and straightening rollers working together.

Feederstech produces our 7-roller straightener servo feeder model in a serial manufacturing process with a static body that complies with all CE standards.

Our straightener servo feeder enables automatic feeding to high-performance presses. The servo feeder  and straightener are combined in the same group. The feeding system of our models is easy to set up and control.

It ensures that the sheet material is parallel to 90° with the die and can be opened and closed from the center of the drive and moved 50 mm to the right or left. It feeds the sheet material automatically with pre-programmed speeds and high precision.

It is specially designed to allow for the pilot process in multi-stage progressive dies and to relax the sheet material. The servo motor drive system, which has a gearbox designed without clearance, is connected to the feed and straightening cylinders.

The sheet material feed rate is 32 meters per minute. The control panel used ensures full compatibility between the straightener servo feeder and the press, providing automatic operation as well as external output features such as multiple press control and PLC output.

Our drive system software is designed as open-source software that allows for any programming and usage changes. With detailed features such as standard storage of 250 different die drawings, 50 different feeding lengths, and 8 external PLC outputs, our software provides the operator with easy and comfortable adjustment change options.
