Mini Straightener Servo Feeder

Our mini straightener servo feeder machines are produced in a serial manufacturing process with a static body and comply with all CE standards. Feederstech machines are the preferred choice of companies because they never compromise on quality in any of their machines.

Our mini straightener servo feeder lines are produced with working capacities of 0.3 to 3 mm sheet thickness and 100 to 200 mm width specifications.

Our mini straightening model consists of a total of 7 rollers made of 4140 material with a surface hardness of HRC 58 to 60, including 5 straightening rollers with a diameter of 60 mm and 2 sliding rollers with a diameter of 80 mm.

Our mini straightener servo feeder models are connected to the press body, minimizing the distance between the die and the press, thus eliminating the need for external guides.

The advanced 7″ ergonomic color LCD control panel in our straightener servo feeder is designed to control the press system in the most comfortable way possible.

The control panel used ensures full compatibility between the straightener servo feeder and the press, providing automatic operation as well as external output features such as die lubrication, multiple press control, and piston die operation.

Our software has a standard feature of storing 250 different die drawings. It also has the capability of writing 50 different feeding lengths. Furthermore, it offers external PLC output features.
